All students who apply to Chancellor Institute and meet the entry criteria for their chosen course are invited to have a chat with a course advisor about their study plans, practicums and internships, student support, campus activities, accommodation options and any other topics they wish to explore. How to apply
You can apply directly to Chancellor Institute.
Just complete our online application form. You can upload all of your certified supporting documentation online.
Applying only takes around 10 minutes and there is no application fee for direct applications.
Preparing and submitting your application
1. Decide which course you wish to apply for and review the admissions criteria
2. Review the course fees
3. Prepare your supporting documents, which include :
- 100 Points of Identification which for international applicants must include a certified colour copy of a current passport
- Certified copy of English test results (international applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds)
- Certified copy of previous academic transcripts
- Resume / curriculum vitae
4. Applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds will need to satisfy the English language requirements and provide evidence of their English proficiency

What is a certified copy?
A certified copy is a copy of an original document that is verified or notarised as a true copy by an authorised person.
An authorised witness must be a:
- authorised employee of a tertiary or higher education institution who can sign and stamp the copies.
- justice of the peace
- notary public
- commissioner of the court for taking affidavits
- legal practitioner
- any person authorised to administer an oath
- accountant
- bank or credit union branch manager
- police officer
- postal manager
- registered health professional e.g. pharmacist or doctor
The name and capacity of the authorised witness must be stated, and in the case of a justice of the peace the relevant registration number or details of appointment must be provided.
