Phil Crenigan

Phil Crenigan is Principal and Managing Director of Executive Turning Point Pty Ltd, a company he founded in 2010 to focus on his passion for people and high performance. Phil is a leading Executive Coach who works with a broad corporate and private client base, coaching CEO’s, Senior Executives and their teams in leadership, high performance, and executive leadership development across a wide range of Coaching interventions.
Phil has undertaken thousands of hours of coaching with many culturally diverse and teams including SAP, Westfield, PWC, Metcash, One Ventures Pty, Vistaprint, SES, Dynamiq Insurance, Cameron Recruitment, Odgers Executive Search, H2CoCo, CEO Institute, AIM, Telstra, Notre Dame University, Rozetta Technology and Gerrard Lighting together with a retained relationship with many private clients.
Underpinning Phil’s passion for making a difference with people is a distinguished international career with Unilever, Guinness Brewing Worldwide, Diageo PLC and Fosters Group where he was a senior executive and mentor on many coaching programs. Phil has lived and worked in many parts of the world including long-term assignments in Australia, Spain, Ireland, UK and Malaysia.
Phil is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Managers and Leaders, and a former Board director of the Australian Childrens’ Music Foundation and Sydney Philharmonia Limited. Phil recently led an Australia wide tour in 2018 on behalf of AIM on how to build high performing teams attended by 1000 delegates from 45 industry categories. Phil is currently undertaking research on how we transfer wisdom through coaching interventions for subsequent publication and executive coaching program content.

Durvine Sindiga is an accomplished Marketing and Communication scholar-practitioner with experience in international higher rducation including; academic institutions, international student enrollment agencies, and an international higher education consultancy organization as well.
She currently serves as the Global Lead for Marketing and Communication at Gateway International Group LLC- USA. As a practicing marketer for over the last 17 years, Sindiga has gained expertise in business development and organizational growth; value propositioning for brands, communication, reputation development, strategic planning, business intelligence & analytics, partnerships & strategic alliances, brand development, digital marketing, and stakeholder management.
She is also an experienced experiential learning study abroad curator, promoter, and program manager for programs hosted internationally. She is an adjunct faculty specialising in marketing and a digital marketing enthusiast.

Dr Elias Abdelkefi

Dr Elias Abdelkefi is the founder of Pixsall LLC, a full-service marketing and advertising agency dedicated to elevating brands to new heights.
He holds a Ph.D in Marketing and has served as a Professor and Head of the Master’s in Digital Marketing program at a North American private university.
Additionally, he has worked as a Digital Marketing Instructor on Coursera. As a Digital Marketing consultant, his goal is to make a positive impact on individuals and organizations through the application of his knowledge and expertise in the field.”
Dr Mehrzad Saeedikiya
Adjunct Professor
Dr Mehrzad Saeedikiya has held roles including Visiting Researcher at Tsinghua University, sessional positions at the University of Queensland and QUT Business School, and a position at the University of Tehran. He also serves in an honorary role at the Chancellors’ Institute. With experience as a technology expert, researcher, lecturer, and entrepreneur-in-residence across sectors, he helps students and founders turn potential into practical leadership. He graduated from the University of Milan in 2019 and is the recipient of PhD scholarships from QUT and the Centre for Future Enterprise. He is affiliated with the Australian Centre for Entrepreneurship Research.
Dr Roman Danylak
Adjunct Professor
Roman Danylak completed his PhD studies in Computation and Creativity, Human Computer Interaction Design in 2008 at the University of Technology, Sydney.
He specialises in Interactive Content, Gesture and Emotion, User Experience Design and Evaluation. He has presented his research at numerous international conferences including Sweden, Japan, France, Italy, USA, Germany, Czech Republic and UAE.
His work is attracting significant interest. In 2014 he was: invited as speaker, Human Computer Interaction International Conference (HCII) Crete Greece; invited to contribute a book chapter in the Digital Da Vinci (ed. Prof. Newton Lee ACM) publication along with leading international design and creativity scholars; and an invited researcher by France’s CNRS prestigious national research institute.
Recent work: curriculum design for University of Stockholm; lecturer and tutor in the Faculty of Engineering and IT at University of Technology, Sydney in Design Prototyping and the Philosophy of Ethics and Technology; designed curriculum for the Australian Film TV and Radio School (AFTRS).
Currently he is an IT consultant for Government Services, Canberra.
Dr Mohammad Amin Shoushtari

Mohammad Amin Shoushtari, PhD, MSc, BSc, Chartered with Engineers Australia
With over 20 years of industrial and academic experience and knowledge, Amin’s extensive experience with international organizations equips him with a unique multicultural expertise.
He has taught and coordinated generic courses in engineering and specialized courses in oil and gas well drilling, drilling hydraulics, geothermal production technology, petroleum economics and HSE. He has also conducted research and supervised student projects on oil and gas and geothermal production technology, and published research papers on fluid flow and heat transfer in wellbore, well integrity, and renewable geothermal energy production.
This teaching, research and industrial experience encompasses a broad spectrum of knowledge and skills that can be integrated into a comprehensive program of teaching, research and conducting engineering projects.
He holds a PhD in Petroleum Engineering, MSc in Chemical Engineering and BSc in Fluid Mechanics and Heat Transfer.
Julie Reid

Julie Reid is an experienced senior strategist, marketer, researcher and teacher and is the founder of Club Entrepreneurship.
Julie has over 25 years of experience in strategy, marketing, and research. Over the years, she has developed and evolved an entrepreneurial mindset and approach that creates and grows existing and new opportunities. In all her actions, she is outcome-driven and customer-focused.
Her experience is across both the sciences, technology, and business disciplines. She started her marketing career with McDonald’s Family Restaurants and DDB Advertising, then as a senior marketing executive for an airport group, followed by a property group.
She has also delivered research projects for mining giants BHP and Rio Tinto. While completing her MBA (Executive), she went into the higher education sector and further evolved my knowledge and skillsets within entrepreneurship. As a lecturer, she has also developed and delivered entrepreneurship, strategy, and marketing courses, focusing on industry applications that includes hands-on practical skills to ensure success ‘beyond the theory’.

With over 15 years of experience in creative media, marketing, business, and events, and postgraduate qualifications in Marketing and Business, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her lectures.
As a lecturer, she emphasizes the importance of developing successful traditional and digital marketing and communications strategies. She also stresses the need for a holistic view of an organisation’s communication needs, which includes coaching internal staff to reinforce messaging from within.
By covering topics such as project management, statistical analysis, public relations, and market research, Kim aims to provide her students with a multi-dimensional skill set that can help them succeed in their careers.
Additionally, as a multi-medium communicator specialising in digital and traditional marketing, she believes collaboration and innovation are key to achieving success in this field.
Monica Sasikumar

Monica is a dedicated, passionate design educator, futurist and researcher. She has over 8 years of experience in both academia and industry, where she has honed her technical experience in 3D software such as Autodesk 3D Max, CLO 3D, and with various Adobe products. Academics equipped her with subject knowledge on SDGs, systems thinking, cultural heritage and sustainability, and circular business models.
Monica’s academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology from Anna University, India and a Master’s degree in Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). She has also completed her Certificate IV in Teaching and Assessment from Plenty Training, Australia. Monica has also attended several national and international conferences and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in design technology and sustainability.
As a teacher, Monica has taught various courses in Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing and Merchandising and Business modules at Raffles Design Institute and has supervised several undergraduate students. She prioritizes Universal Design for Learning (UDL), a principle that guides the design of learning experiences to proactively support more diverse learners. Her teaching style is student-centered, interactive, and encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
As a researcher, Monica has published research articles in high-impact journals and presented her work at various conferences. Her teaching area includes but is not limited to Trend Analysis and Forecasting, Brand Management, Marketing and Communication, Consumer Behaviour, Market Research and Project Management.
Dr Antonio Dottore

Antonio Dottore has broad ranging professional experience in the public and private sectors, in Australia and abroad. That is complemented by solid academic qualifications, governance roles and community work.
Antonio gained an MBA at INSEAD and his PhD in Entrepreneurship focused on business model change in new ventures.
Some of his executive positions have been in: Department of the Prime Minister & Cabinet (Canberra); Citibank (Sydney); Henderson Investors (now Janus Henderson Investors) and Fidelity Investments (London); Flinders University and the University of Adelaide (Adelaide).
Non-Executive appointments include: Bene Aged Care; Lighthouse Disability; Australian Higher Education; Adelaide Institute of Higher Education INSEAD Alumni Assocn for Australia and New Zealand; Australian Business Economists (NSW).

Dr. Kimberly M. Ondo

Dr. Kimberly Ondo is a seasoned healthcare executive, professor, and instructional designer. For the past 25 years, Kimberly has been helping others realize their purpose and potential in an unprecedented manner.
Known as the Undercover Professor, Kimberly first entered the healthcare field in 2005 by living as an undercover nursing home resident for 48 consecutive hours and then writing about her experience. Since then, she has been invited to travel the globe and share her unique experiences with other leaders in the field.
Kimberly also teaches graduate and terminal courses in the Master of Healthcare Administration, Master of Business Administration, and Doctor of Healthcare Administration programs specializing in law, ethics, marketing, long-term care, research, and leadership. She is affiliated with American Intercontinental University, Capella University, Colorado State University Global, Colorado Technical University, Purdue University Global, Southern New Hampshire University, South University Online, and Walden University.
As a professor, Kimberly has also taken her covert operations to help learners network. Despite being an online professor, she’s personally met with students to help them strategize their trajectory into the field. For some, this means going undercover while touring a local healthcare facility. It’s not without merit, however. Students who take the mystery shop challenge oftentimes find themselves quickly employed as a result. As Dr. Ondo recollects, “One student who went undercover with me is now the CEO of the facility we originally toured.”
Kimberly’s passion is to continue advocating and empowering others to succeed: in the field and in the online classroom.
Prof Anita Abbott

Prof Anita Abbott is the chair of APSI Forum committee, and Professor in International Relations and Cultural Diplomacy at Charisma University. She was a research fellow at NATO Defence College. She regularly contributes to publications and is invited nationally and internationally for research projects and speaking engagements. Her research areas include strategic foresight analysis, strategic partnerships and alliances. She has published more than 40 articles and 6 books. Her first book develops education sovereignty model in international negotiation. In her second book, published by Palgrave MacMillan, she uses Indonesia and several countries as examples of how negotiation works for maintaining sovereignty in education.

Lawrence Atkinson

Following his 27-year career with Westpac in Europe, the Middle East, Papua New Guinea and Australia, Lawrence has held senior executive and board positions with several professional services firms in the legal and accounting fields.
Up until recently, he held Fellowships with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Training and Development.
He is currently a mental health coach in the NewAccess for Small Business Owners program developed by Beyond Blue and delivered by Richmond Fellowship Queensland.

Brendan Rogers’ purpose is to ‘improve the lives of people at work’.
He does this by providing consulting services and resources to leaders who want to become more effective and their teams to become less dysfunctional.
Brendan has experienced first-hand how ‘poor leadership’ negatively impacts the performance of employees and ultimately limits the growth potential and profitability of the business. As a result of this experience, he has dedicated himself to improving the global workforce engagement figure of 13%. The solution to improving the lives of people at work – ‘Create Confident Leaders’.
With a combined 25 years’ experience working in multinational companies and providing consulting services, he has become skilled at leading people, and coaching leaders and their teams to maximise their performance. This experience has provided him the opportunity to work across a number of industries, including Government (both State & Federal), Not-for-Profit, Health Products & Services, Education, Mining, Shipping, Transport, Logistics, Retail and Real Estate.
Brendan’s corporate roles have included Chief Operating Officer & Head of Improvement for a Not-for-Profit, Project Manager for a global system implementation, Quality Assurance Manager for a Global Agency Network covering over 50 countries, Service and Process Improvement Manager for a leading global transportation company and various Customer Service Manager positions involving leading teams of up to 50 people covering a variety of geographic locations, both interstate and international. He is also the Founder & Co-Host of LinkedInLocal Central Coast, which is currently the largest LinkedInLocal networking event in Australia.

Cris Parker

Cris Parker is the director of The Ethics Alliance, a community of organisations across sectors that works to collaboratively shape the future of business ethics.
Cris is a member of the FPA Professional Designations Committee. She is also the director of The Banking & Finance Oath, a pledge of integrity and commitment that aims to increase consideration of stakeholders and decision-making accountability by financial service professionals. It is a program she helped execute, and still oversees.
Cris sits on the Rio Tinto Australian Advisory Group. She holds a degree in psychology, and in another life, founded a Manhattan theatre company, casting agency, and production studio.
Julie Jansen
Adjunct Professor
JULIE JANSEN is qualified in journalism, management, law and mediation.
Since 1999 Ms Jansen has provided strategic advice on corporate communications, risk management and revenue generation to government, commercial and community sectors.
Ms Jansen has protected the reputation of a major organisation under intense national scrutiny, during the Qld Floods legal inquiry; advocated with MPs and decision makers on behalf of the successful 2019 Qld Human Rights Act legislation campaign; managed an NFP counselling centre during radical funding policy change; coached 50 staff in corporate and media relations to protect the business; generated social investment or safety programs in remote communities.
In spare time, Ms Jansen donates substantial time and expertise to community organisations and boards.
Professor Robin Kramar AM
Adjunct Professor
Professor Kramar is an experienced senior academic with an international reputation in the field of human resource management. She was Professor of Human Resource Management at Macquarie Graduate School of Management between 1993-2011 and the Australian Catholic University from 2011-2016. Prior to this she was employed at the University of Sydney and the University of New South Wales.
Professor Kramar also serves on the Advisory Research Panel of the Australian Institute of Human Resource Management. Professor Kramar has had extensive experience in course development at the University of Sydney, the University of New South Wales, and the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
Professor Kramar has also held visiting Professorial roles at the University of Gent, Belgium, IGR University of Rennes, France and the Cranfield Business School, UK. In addition she has extensive research experience, publications and teaching experience, Professor Kramar has been actively engaged in the professional community as a journal editor, editorial board member and member of the Advisory Panel on Research for the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Professor Kramar has also provided consulting services to the Department of Human Services, the Reserve Bank, CCH Pty Ltd, Kent Institute, the Department of Small Business, the Department of Industrial Relations, OSR Consulting, the Department of Environment and Heritage, and the NSW Department of Industrial Relations.
She serves on the Academic Boards of the Melbourne Institute of Higher Education and the Asia Pacific International College and the Governing Council of Sydney Metropolitan Institute of Technology.

Anna Riddell

Anna Riddell trained initially as a musician, playing flute in Canberra Symphony Orchestra before deciding on education as her career path. She completed a Master in Education at the University of New England, Australia. Over the past 30 years Anna has gained significant experience teaching in various education systems, working in Australia, Indonesia, Israel and Britain. She has served at Executive School level as the Head of Infants at St Margaret’s School in Bushey, London, and as Head of Junior School at Tintern Grammar, Melbourne.
Having lived and worked overseas for nearly 20 years, Anna is a keen advocate of international travel. Her extensive experience in educational administration, work with young people and team building, along with her highly developed communication, project management and creative direction skills led her to also coordinate many educational exchange programs overseas.
In areas of curriculum design and implementation, Anna can draw on a rich set of experiences. Having taught across a wide range of subject areas from music, languages (French and Indonesian) and as a teacher across primary to tertiary age groups, innovations in curriculum development have resulted in establishing rigorous programs. These programs for example have ranked Tintern Junior School as the first reading school in Victoria and second in the nation (after a selective school). While developing outstanding student outcomes, Anna’s number one priority has been to establish relationships of substance with the families and students concerned to provide a first-class service to support the learning potential of each student in her care.
Dr Roxy Dawidowski
Cross-Cultural Coach
and Adjunct Professor
Roxy is an experienced cross-cultural scholar, guest lecturer and tutor with a demonstrated commitment to exploring how culture affects the business world and human interactions. She first learned about cross-cultural adjustment when at age 6 she moved from the United States to Argentina with her family, and as a child and as an adult she has had many experiences moving to very different cultural and language environments. She understands what it is like to be out of one’s depth and what is required to feel comfortable again. Her personal experience led her to complete a PhD researching how expatriates adjust to new environments as an employee or international students and how growth mindsets and cultural intelligence can help people adjust and thrive in new cultures.
Roxy understands the importance of culture and its relevance to every aspect of business. She has experience developing behavioural change content and applies evidence-based research when doing so. Roxy provides 1:1 coaching to help individuals manage cross-cultural challenges, enhance their cultural competence, and support individuals relocating to a new country with their cross-cultural adjustment. She helps individuals build cross-cultural skills, networks, and relationships to enhance business and personal opportunities. She also advises higher education institutions on cross-cultural matters impacting international students.
Roxy holds a PhD in Organisation and Management from the University of New South Wales, a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in International Business from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Global Management and a Minor in Psychology from the University of Southern California. Roxy’s research has been presented at Australian national conferences, such as the Industrial Organisational Psychology (IOP) conference.
Roxy has worked in the consulting, commercial real estate, higher education, healthcare/medical technology (MedTech), technology, and medical publishing industries. She has implemented and managed an international technology user research project that required the establishment of Sydney-based research labs for in-person participant interviews using handheld devices to test AI technology for one of the largest international technology company.
Prof Chris Gray

Chris Gray is Managing Director of Twenty6Forty4 Communications, a consulting firm that provides organsiations with public relations, communication and issues management support.
Chris formed Twenty6Forty4 (a nod to the 26 letters and 44 sounds of the English language) in May 2021 after running several firms in the communications field over the past 25 years.
He was co-founder and Managing Director of PR firm ICON International Communications (part of the global Ketchum PR network), Daylight Agency (an advertising and communications agency) and First Light Consulting, a specialist risk and reputation consultancy.
Chris has worked for a range of public, private and NFPs across most industry sectors. He regularly advises CEOs and management on reputational matters and undertakes training in the areas of media, crisis, sales and presentation skills. He provides ‘on-call’ support to several organisations and has responded to major crises both here in Australia and overseas.
He has provided strategic consulting advice and support to a range of organisations in the tertiary education field including International College of Management Sydney (ICMS), University of Technology (UTS) Sydney and La Trobe University. He has sat on industry bodies and advisory committees for the University of Notre Dame Sydney, Central Queensland University (CQU) Sydney. He has also been an adjunct lecturer at Notre Dame and a guest lecturer at UTS.
He is a life-time member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia, a member of the International Association of Business Communicators and a regular contributor and speaker at industry events on the topic of branding, marketing and crisis management.
Prior to working in the PR and communication field, Chris worked as a journalist for News Corporation and Nine/Fairfax.
Prof Phillip Cenere

Phillip Cenere FAIM GAICD is an experienced and seasoned C-Suite executive with demonstrated success in strategic management of large and complex world-class institutions.
For more than 20 years he has served in senior leadership roles including as Associate Vice Chancellor, CEO, Executive Dean and Professor. During this time, he has made a distinguished service to higher education management, the business professions and executive education through his governance roles, fostering professional and business ethics education and volunteering for charitable and not-for-profit causes.
Phillip’s most recent appointments include serving as CEO of Australian Vision Research, Executive Dean, Professor and CEO of the Australian Institute of Business Intelligence and Associate Vice Chancellor and Head of Campus (NSW) for CQ University.
Phillip has served on the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ (AICD) NSW Council as well as the institute’s National Education Advisory Committee, Curriculum Development Committee (responsible for the flagship Company Directors Course) and Director Professional Development Committee. Prof Matthew Minehan
Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research, Ethics and Scholarship)
Dr Matthew Minehan has held various academic positions during a career spanning nearly two decades, including Adjunct Professor at the University of Notre Dame (Australia) and Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Charles Sturt University’s Australian Graduate School of Policing and Security. His areas of expertise include ethics and evidence-based criminology.
Dr Minehan also has considerable public sector experience with a focus on interagency collaboration. In 2020, Dr Minehan was awarded a fellowship from the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust (Australia) to research international ethics and misconduct prevention training and strategies.

Professor Geoff Morris served as Dean of the School of Business at The University of Notre Dame Australia and Dean and Director of Learning and Teaching at Asia Pacific International College.
While at Notre Dame, he led the expansion of the school from an undergraduate focus to include postgraduate and doctoral studies across the business disciplines of accounting, management, market, public relations, and human resources management. During his time at Notre Dame, his focus was on academic integrity, student outcomes, and academic standards. As a result, Notre Dame became recognised through the Federal Government QILT assessments as one of Australia’s leading business schools.
Geoff’s managerial and leadership career has included executive positions in public utilities and private companies for more than 30 years.
He has had an extensive career in the NFP and commercial sectors, including as Director of World Youth Day (Sydney 2008), Project Manager, Building the Education Revolution for the Archdiocese of Sydney and as a senior executive for TAB, Sydney Water and Australian Water Technologies with working periods in the Philippines and the United Kingdom.

Dr Olalere Olusegun is a researcher and lecturer in Chemical Engineering at the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, with over seven years of interdisciplinary experience. His research interests include Integrated Biorefineries/ Downstream Bioprocessing, Sustainable Biotechnology, New Food Development, Disruptive Green Chemistry, Process Intensification and Optimisation. He earned his Ph.D. in 2018 from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Malaysia, specializing in Sustainable Bioprocessing for new product development. Dr Olalere Olusegun brings a wealth of experience as a postdoctoral researcher, academic, and visiting fellow. My experience and qualifications include leadership, teaching and research within the disciplines of AI-Ed., STEM & Chemistry education. My research niche is AI-Ed and STEM pedagogical modelling.
In my role as unit convenor of teaching mathematics units in the Master of Teaching (primary) degree, I coordinated student and teacher timetables, I cross benched and cross marked assignments and engaged in unit block design and digital learning space design and management. I am well versed in catering for diversity within educational settings, I have a certificate in special education. I have meaningful learning and teaching memories working as an Integration Aide and as a an extra English and Mathematics teacher in the individual special learning department at Yarra Valley Grammar.
My teaching experience includes teaching AI-Ed., STEM, Science, Chemistry and Mathematics education within the K-12 and tertiary education settings. I have also taught Business Management and Accounting and worked as a Business Profile creator for Wollermann & Associates while developing my STEM researcher and practitioner skills and qualifications.
