We’re a founding partner of UniMinistry Foundation, a registered charity and non-denominational Christian organization.

Together, we are delivering innovative programs and experiences which are designed to bring ethics, personal and professional development to the centre of a person’s life.

Chancellor Institute believes in helping to develop and support students to become not just practitioners but whole persons with strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. We do this through our pastoral care initiatives, open door policy, and commitment to life-long learning.

Pastoral care is an ancient model of emotional, social and spiritual support that can be found in all cultures and traditions. The term is considered inclusive of distinctly non-religious forms of support as well as support for people from religious communities.

Chancellor Institute promotes a positive culture offering students both a scholarly and spiritual educational experience.

We aim to provide a safe, supportive and caring environment for all our stakeholders and welcome staff and students from multiple faiths or secular backgrounds.

Pastoral care at the Institute is expressed both formally and informally.

We have a variety of programs such as our leadership retreats, goal setting workshops, chaplaincy services, prayer groups, student counselling services, and coaching and mentoring programs.

We also offer workshops and programs to promote the welfare of students and staff who are welcome to participate in extracurricular activities such as breakfast programs, lunchtime groups and sports groups.

All are welcome.
