This five-week course blends live webinars, virtual workshops and scenario-based learning to prepare personal care workers and nurses for the realities of aged care work in Australia — building cultural confidence, knowledge of the national quality standards, and a clear understanding of the sector’s roles and responsibilities — in just three hours a week, designed to fit around full-time work.
