We adopt a pull rather than a push strategy. We start with the customer and work backward. We focus on the entire student lifecycle.

We aim to create world class leaders in business, government and social enterprises. We do this by having a practical focus to curriculum, experienced facilitators and by embedding authentic tasks and work integrated learning in all our programs.

We boast industry-focussed facilitators who are also leaders in scholarship and research and who set the bar high with programs that are “intensive, rigorous and demanding.”

We encourage students and staff to “be the change you want to see in the world” (a quote by Gandhi). We want our facilitators and students to change the world for the better and embed professional ethics, sustainability and change management in our curriculum and culture.
