Our Leadership Principles

We believe that excellent leaders are not born but made through perseverance, continuous self-improvement and daily habits.

We believe in “being different” and “thinking outside the square.” Our students are different, our facilitators are different and our classroom experience is different.

We prioritize active learning, student engagement, and the development of independent learning skills, rather than traditional teacher-led instruction. We start with the student and work backward. We focus on the entire student lifecycle.

We aim to create world class leaders in business, government and social enterprises. We do this by having a practical focus to curriculum, experienced facilitators and by embedding authentic tasks and work integrated learning in all our programs.

We boast industry-focussed facilitators who are also leaders in scholarship and research and who set the bar high with programs that are “intensive, rigorous and demanding.”

We encourage students and staff to “let your light shine” (Matthew 5:16) and “be the change you want to see in the world” (a quote by Gandhi). We want our facilitators and students to change the world for the better and embed ethics, personal and professional development in our curriculum and culture.
